The BC-4056 is a TP4056 / DW01 based lithium-ion cell charging board sourced form All Electronics.com.
The battery and load terminal markings are in Chinese only. There are component labels on the underside, underneath components that aren't labeled on the top. They look like they're meant to match the terminals - they do not. I've associated the terminals with the adjacent component marking in quotes. The IN+/- terminals are tied to the micro-USB power leads.
The components may differ from the diagram. Capacitor values were taken from application examples in the datasheets. The shorting jumpers allow me to change the node names to be consistent with the typical terminal labeling for this type of board.
